We have driessen.sharepoint.com as our top level sharepoint URL for our company driessen.nl. Now we have ijk.nl as a second top level domain. Is it possible to have ijk.sharepoint.com as toplevel UR...

Nope. You get one only, based on the default tenant domain, and you cannot change it. As it's a single-label entry, there is no other way, how would you handle ijk.com vs ijk.nl for example?

But, in any case, I don't think that it will never be possible to have different "<domain>.sharepoint.com" URLs for different domains inside the same tenant...
