Search Result for Webpart Recently Changed Item and Popular Items won't display in Sharepoint Online

Hi still experiencing this issue. Only 1 user is affected. Subsite is affected or group of subsites is affected. Tried troubleshooting step on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/troubleshoot/search/search-results-not-return still same issue is occurring.

Also tried to clear cache and use different browser and incognito mode same issue.

Error Message:

"Something went wrong on our end and we can't show all the search results for your query. If you continue to get this error, please contact your IT admin."
