Search Function | Files Not Showing Up
Greetings Community,
My colleagues with same access as mine can open these files from below (via navigating)
But when they search as above screenshot, it doesn't show any results.
This settings are already enabled:
Please let us know what could be an underlying reason and possible solution to this issue.

The file is named "CRN spreadsheet" and even that isn't showing.
Please let us know if we can further drill down this issue to get to the solution part.

Can you test your search query on the classic search portal on the tenant. It is available at /sites/search as I recall it

In this case it looks like they are searching for a folder. Can they search for a file successfully?
