Search for managed medata and no space between wordings

Any reason of happening no space after i search 'Dialog' keyword in Managed Metadata?

For example: DIALOG (LABUAN) LTD 

However it displayed DIALOG(LABUAN) LTD.

If i search 'DIALOG C' and then it has space between wording. DIALOG CORPORATE xxx

Any explaination?
