Saving Site as Template

- The best way to do this is to use PnP so you can extract the template of your sites and then apply whenever you need in new site
How can I save it as a template and how can I use for future projects?
Had the same issue - it was caused by the Publishing features being enabled. Disabling Publishing resolved the issue.
