Same thumbnail image on all news posts for 1 site

I am having trouble with 1 site connected to my hub site.  Every time I post a news page, the same image is used for the hub rollup news.  It doesn't matter if I post news without a image or with.  I believe it might be setting in my site as all other sites connected to the hub does not have this issue.  Anyone have any suggestions to trouble shoot?
