Safari and SharePoint's save item button

When I try to Edit any items in mobile view in Safari, the save button plays hide and seek. Have any of you had this issue?
A lot of our staff use IPhones, and when you open a SharePoint item from an email to edit the task or calendar, this is what happens.
It does not happen with chrome mobile.
Frustrating because not only does the SharePoint mobile app not allow edits, bust so does Safari not allow it!
