I did this by creating a site page with the Quick Links part as the only thing on the page below the title section. This way I can embed that site page into the Home pages and only have to update the Quick Links on the one site page.

wendysuckow How did you get rid of the search bar and only see the quick links?
I think it's because I only embedded the site page, not the whole sharepoint page? Honestly, I'm not 100% sure WHY it works, but it works. I also use audience targeting, so only people in a specific Team see that Team's manual button.
wendysuckow where did you copy the link to just the site page?
