Only options really are to do a flow reading an exported file. Or use that file and edit the destination sharepoint list on quick edit and copy and paste the results into the list.

Yes I fear your right as currently we can only manually control this, it would be great for a FLOW to be able to do this, I've suggested this on the ideas.
