rest query display lists and library names from a site : context sensitive

Hi 

can i use the rest query to get a list of lists and libraies specifying a site depending on the users permission .

Say if there are lists: list1, Listb

document libraries: doclib1 doclib2 doclib3.

The user has access to list1, doclib1, doclib3 and does not have any permission in listb, doclib2.

Then it should only display list1, doclib1, doclib3 only to the user logged on.

Could you please help.
