Resetting Approval Status in Lists to Submitted

Is there a way to get the approval status to update to submitted whenever the created by person modifies an item; but not when the Approver or list owner modifies the item?

I have a flow set to run on a condition of if item is set to submitted.  but the creator could go in and alter an item after the has been approved...and I need the item to reset to submitted if the creator alters the item, so that the flow runs again and goes through the approval process again.

Is there a formula that could be put in the Approval status field in the list?  Or is there a way in FLOW to put a created by specific rule?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
