Request admin permissions open a add-in app with call Rest Api in SharePoint

I'm debugging a add-in app in SharePoint, but have problem to open it.
The result request me admin permissions but I already have the highs permissions (as admin) in the develop site.

The task said: This task requires the application to have elevated permissions. Why is using the Administrator or the account necessary? and to options:

1.Restart under different credentials.

2. cancel the task.
Have may somebody a idea to solution this problem or avoid this request?

I would appreciate any advice and help on this.
