Remove prople profile on sharepoint page

Hello SharePoint wizards,

I m building a SharePoint site for my team but is very much bugged by the "people profile" that displays under the title of every page I create.

I am wondering if you guys have any idea of how to remove it? I have attached a screenshot of what I wanted to remove.
