Remove Author or user infrormation from Search index metadata

I am trying to remove user/author metadata information from the search as shown in the following reference image. I believe I would need to edit the Search schema, but can someone please precisely help with the steps to remove personal user information from the search metadata. please note this site is meant to be published on the internet
