Relation master-detail-detail

Hi,

I have three sharepoint lists: continents, states, cities.
A continent can contain multiple states and a state can contain multiple cities.
In the states list I have a lookup field that allows me to specify the continent associated with that state.
In the city list I have the lookup to the states. In this list of cities, when I choose the state I would like it to be automatically displayed in another field the continent associated with that state. The objective is to have in the list of cities, the state associated with the city and therefore the continent.

Is it possible without using power automate?
