register form for a sharepoint site
Hello community
I have created a sharepoint site that is oriented to be open use by anyone who do register for the site and been approved.
Fisrt, is that possible to do with sharepoint site?
If that is possible, how can I do it?

Authentication is required is to access any site content. You need to configure access request settings so that user can click on request access and Email will trigger to configured email to approve.
Go to site collection Settings ->Access Request Settings -> Mark check to : Allow access requests - Enter email to receive notification.

As you said, what shobhitbhalla said will be correct if it concern users of my organization, but what i want to do is more, i want to give access to people external of my organization, external users who get to subscribe to the site and get the access.
