regarding Site Content and Structure in SharePoint Online

Hello Team,

 

I have tried to move anything from site content and structure but getting error of access denied. I am site collection administrator still getting error. Please help me out on this.

    Trying setting to allow custom scripting in the SharePoint Online admin center.
