regarding permission

Hello Team,

Greetings!!

Could you please let us know one user have contribute rights still can not access the site, getting error of access denied. We have deleted the browser cache but still not progress found. But strange thing is that when i tried to check permission of user on site collection, he have sufficient access, and there is no unique permission applied.

Please update us asap.
