Refreshing SharePoint admin permissions without re-logging

The issue:

1. I log in to SharePoint Admin Center where I have read permissions

2. I go to PIM, enable SharePoint Admin privilage

3. I go back to SPO Admin Center - the new write permission is not there, because the old no-permission setting is cached.

The solution is simple - I need to open a new browser/in private session and go through the whole authentication again. Log in, get the phone, get app, etc

It's annoying.

So my question is - where is the cookie storing the wrong permission so that I could delete it? I am interested only in that one cookie. I don't want to delete all my cookies, or cookies from the last hour because it will lead to re-logging again. I just want the one cookie.

Refreshing doesn't help.  I went through the cookie locations mentioned here  and
haven't found the SPO cookie. So where is it and what can I do to avoid re-logging again and again?
