How to redirect SharePoint online site collection URL Example: https://company.sharepoint.com/sites/site1 redirect to https://company.sharepoint.com/sites/site2
Assuming the first site is a modern site, the only way you have to force that redirection is by means of SPFx Extension where you have the redirection code
