Redirect pdf files from One document library to other with same file

Hello All, 

I know we can redirect document library in SharePoint from one document library to another but is there any way we can redirect files .

I have files on abc.sharepoint.com/sites/legal/legaldocuments/trade.pdf When Someone click on the links to the file I want them to redirect to to this new file abc.sharepoint.com/sites/newlegal/legaldocuments/trade.pdf
