Recreated site not listed in site collections

Hi,

We have deleted a SP site and then created a new site with the same same, selected the option to delete the site in the recycle bin. This all appeared to work as I could see the newly created site in site collections. Then after logging back in about 15 mins later the site is no longer listed.....?

I can however still browse directly to the newly created site so t is live somewhere.

The deleted site is not in the recycle bin.

From PS if I run get-sposite the site is again not listed.

Any ideas please?
