i recommend that you create an ms ticket, it's not something you can set or configure.

Can you test this behavior on your site? I am not IT so it is very hard to raise an MS ticket.

i can agree, it works fine without any issues. I can switch to another libraries in the site over the dropdown.

so can I but the questions is do you seen the view name ending .aspx in the address bar? In my case the library is full of document sets and this button properties does not work unless the .aspx is visible.
