Community ManagerAlso make sure no one inadvertently edited your list columns. Your view should have the field "Title - linked to item with edit menu" as the field to open the item. Other fields can show the value but not open the actual item.
yes it has title - linked to item field visible in the view, and it is working well with many of the users, as they are able to view the item in pop up it is just a handful of people , despite having full control not able to view it in pop up
