Missing 'Manage Access' link from document viewer

Please check your access to document/ document library/ site.
You might have read permission.

I forgot to mention that. I checked the permissions and they are ok. I see the link if I go through the sharepoint folder, it's only on the document viewer that I can't see it anymore
