List not working! When adding item it saves then creates multiple duplicates of same item.

If this work around doesn't work right you can always undo the custom powerapp form by clicking the gear in top right in the list > List settings > Form settings, and select "Use default sharepoint forms" to go back to how it was before, but this should get you in business till this gets fixed!
I will see if that works. Does changing the form in PowerApps affect the existing items in the List? Deleted
