How to hide the applied filters at document library?

Shaegall as explained by robert775 the issue is due to usage of view features that are not supported by the modern UI.
An example of something that generates the message, "This view uses filters that you can view and edit here.", at the top is when you use Filter in your view and the "in not equal to". If you instead use "is equal to" then it works.
So, to get rid of the annoying message and use of "Classic" ensure to update your view to use supported features such as the filter "is equal to" instead of "is not equal to"
