How to hide the applied filters at document library?

And we have this nightmare back again...
same here ugh WHY. do we know if non-site owners can see it? bc mine says "this site uses classic filters that you can view and edit [here]" - and since it's a public view, general users shouldn't be able to view and edit that screen. if it's just me that can see it, still stupid but less of a problem.
