MicrosoftThanks for reporting this issue. We are actively investigating if this is due to flights not available for Test user with visitor access.
Another thing that doesn't look right here is that Visitor User (View permissions) on the site should not see New button on the command bar. Can you please confirm that visitor user has only view permissions to site or added as contributor?
Comms sites are looking a lot better this morning, looks like the rendering issues have been resolved, at least in the tenants I've checked this morning.
