Change color of news post box

Is there any ootb functionality that allows me to change the color of the box that denotes that a news post is coming from an organizational news site?    Attached a screen shot.

EvanB Ah I see. I would expect that the background color for those boxes is dependent on the Site Theme for the site where the News web part is applied.

Colin Steger Thanks Colin. That was kind of what I was thinking too. Just hoping that I was missing something

    EvanB Hi Evan, have you found a way to change this color? I have the same issue, and the color to highlight the news doesn't match the site theme. Thanks for your feedback.
