Assistant role in the new Office 365 Profile Card

I'm confused by what you're asking around how is it displayed in the sceenshot?
This is a replacement of the previous contact card.
Do you mean you're after the ability to change who is your assistant, or have the assistant be able to change who is their manager?
If so you might want to look at Hyperfish for that.

- John WynneApr 04, 2017Silver ContributorThanks for your reply. Let me hopefully clarify what I'm asking here. I fully understand how to associate an Assistant through the SharePoint User Profile Service and how to use Azure Active Directory to connect users through the Managed By attribute. Now I have a clear tree structure order the Organisation tab on the Profile Card and the Contact tab displays my Manager. What I can't see is how the Profile Card shown (either as a mock up or real) has accessed the Assistant attribute in the SharePoint Profile. This property doesn't seem available when entering details in the Azure Portal. Apologies if I wasn't particularly clear in my original question.
