Sorry for the slow reply.
Getting quite a few issues over here still, hard to replicate at our end, but had four users report various messages:
- Something went wrong - "We're sorry, sign-in isn't working right now. But we're on it!"
- We're sorry, but *External Email* can't be found in the *Insert our tenant* directory.
Various site collections, users and things being shared.
