Rank in Calculated Columns

Hello All - I have a sharepoint list that captures data each month around performance of the associates. The table is updated based on input that managers do in Power App. Generally in excel, we maintain the data in each tab for each month and based on final scores, we can get rank of the team member. Keeping in mind that the data for all months will be on the list, how can we create a calculated column where it calculates based on the rank for a specific month in the table. I would also have a month column as well . 

Any help on this front is much appreciated
