Random Unable to Save Files in Excel Online
We have some complaints from a group of 4-6 people that leave a document open in Excel online all day without editing it on a regular basis, and on occasion they get this message "unable to save file".
Any ideas what would cause this?
- Browser tokens probabaly timing out just like any other webpage and needs reauth. You can tweak those got to find the article but once it times out it can’t save anymore after sitting for so long.
