Good day all,   apologies if this is a stupid question, I am a very new SharePoint admin so forgive my ignorance.   I have been given my first page to set up and am currently creating a "contacts...

    PaulGrant78 you can start a Teams call to the helpdesk with the following:

     

    https://teams.microsoft.com/l/call/0/0?users=helpdeskemailaddress

     

    which will briefly show the "stay better connected...." screen than will open up Teams and ask the user if they wish to start the call:
