Quick steps disappear from SharePoint list

I have 4 quick steps set up for my sharepoint list. Each one executes a flow. Twice now they have disappeared. I don't see them when I go to Automate or when I go to manage quick steps. Refreshing the page didn't help.

The only way I could get them back was to add a new quick step, save it. Refresh the page and go back into manage quick steps and they were all there again.

Thank you this was one of the only search results I found for this issue. Creating a temp quick-step and hard refreshing (ctrl-F5) did the trick for columns that still had quicksteps behind them.

I also had old quickstep columns from previous attempts gone wrong that still did not become editable after this trick. The quickstep they were attached to was also removed earlier so they were just stuck. I had to open PowerShell as admin, install PnP.PowerShell, connect to the SharePoint site, connect to the list, list out the columns for the 'Internal Name', and then issue a Remove-PnPField to get rid of them.

I'm also experiencing this issue of SharePoint Quick Steps disappearing from the Quick Steps dropdown inside list items.  This applies to Quick Steps that are always visible as well as the ones with conditional visibility.  Additionally, conditional visibility isn't working for us.  When the conditions are met, the quick step remains unavailable.
