Quick Links WebPart alignment issue

Hey MS/Everyone,

When used across 2 columns, the Quick Links webpart is displaying 3 columns in chrome/firefox but only 2 columns no ie/edge. There seems to be some issues with alignment or responsive alignment just in internet explorer and microsoft edge.

Is anybody else experiencing this issue?
