Question about calendar overlay
Hi,
I am just wondering if there is a way to choose if an event in a calendar will be shown in a calendar overlay? Say that I have a HR calendar and another calendar that act as a calendar overlay. The standard setup shows every event from the HR calendar in the calendar overlay, but how can I decide if an event should be shown in the calendar overlay or not?

- Sorry, but this is not possible because it's not a feature provided by calendar overlay functionality in SharePoint
It should be possible! In Classic Experience mode!
The settings for the calendar overlay does have a choice of which view to show, so define your view to only show what you want and the calendar overlay will only show those, when there are items that fulfills the view settings!
