You will find that WebDAV is not your friend with SharePoint. If you are using SharePoint Online, the best option for accessing files locally is syncing the document library with the OneDrive sync client. It is more supported and less likely to cause conflicts.
If your organization allows third-party apps, there are also other tools for sync or accessing them via a native Windows Explorer or Mac Finder such as ExpanDrive or odrive. Your mileage may vary with these and there is a cost associated with them.

I need these document like mapped network drive because all of the files can't be placed in user's computers localy. They can access to the files only via network connection.
And it is a well-known fact, that WebDav with Sharepoint online do not work correctly?

Hi Ivan. If you would consider a commercial tool you could try mapping a network drive to OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online with Zee Drive. Zee Drive will keep you signed in and your drives permanently mapped, which are typically issues that you can get when mapping using WebDAV.
Zee Drive also provides SharePoint functions such as fast search and version history directly from File Explorer. Other features include access to Shared With Me files from File Explorer.
Please note that Zee Drive is a tool that my company develops.

Myles
