Problem with Hybrid Auditing

While trying to install Hybrid Auditing, we get "Failed to stop a service (Microsoft Sharepoint Insights service) that is needed for Hybrid Auditing". The services is running on both of the servers in our farm (FE with Dist cache) and (apps with Search) roles. 

Why would the hybrid picker be telling us that it failed to Stop something? this does not make any sense to me. 

Any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated.

      Yes, i added that account to the Admin group on both servers

        Run the Hybrid Config as admin.

         

        Run a cmd prompt elevated. Navigate to the hybrid config link, then run:

         

        ".\Microsoft SharePoint Hybrid Configuration Wizard.appref-ms"

         

        That should do it. It doesn't look like the farm admin needs to be a local admin in this case.
