problem webparts in sharepoint 2010

I have a collaborative application on SharePoint 2010 which has a somewhat specific functioning in fact it is an application where we create requests and their workflow status advances at each step. My problem concerns the Web Part, the alert email sent to the person concerned is not sent in fact the web parts does not display anything in ‘myMessagesWebPart.webPart‘
