We do not have email addresses of the violator, only vehicle data (license plate, make and model) which we verify ownership with the Department of Transportation. We then use the PowerApp to kick off a flow that merges that data into a letter, PDF it and attach back to the SharePoint list. I would also like it to be printed so the manager of the Violation app can mail the letter.
