Print issue in SharePoint modern list form
User have been using CTRL + P or right click on the SharePoint list form to print the form to pdf. All of a sudden, the print is not working which means it is printing blank page.

We have exactly the same issue.
Printing stops working some days ago. The last months it works without problems.
Edge/Chrome all the same, empty printing preview and printing result.
I have found that Print works in a popup, which means when a sharepoint form is opened in a popup then print works. I have currently proposed our business users to click on the title link to which opens display form in a popup.

Infact, i reproduce your problem. I can suggest you to open a support request for this problem.
Another way to handle this need:
You can customize you sharepoint form with powerapp. In this case, you can add a print button on your form and use Print() function OnSelect event to print the form.
If your are not aware for powerapp usage, for the moment printing from modal dialog is the best way for you.
