Print Button in Sharepoint Online
For new employees, we need to print various Word documents from a SharePoint library. To do this, I want to place a button on a SharePoint page that will then print the various Word documents in the Word Desktop App at once. How can such a scenario be implemented? Is it even possible?

It does not seem possible to automatically open and print multiple Word documents in the Word Desktop App directly from a browser due to security restrictions, but below is a practical workaround:
You can sync the SharePoint library to your local device using OneDrive Sync. Once synced:
- Navigate to the synced folder on your computer.
- Select multiple Word documents.
- Right-click and choose “Print.”
If the “Print” option isn’t immediately visible, try clicking “Show more options” or use Shift + right-click to access the full context menu.
Thanks for the workaround, but it's not feasible for us because the library is too large (12,000 documents) and the users who need the documents don't have a OneDrive account.
