We are trying to understand why some file previews (pdf) in our Sharepoint are not working properly. We have checked permissions and groups and they are all correct, we have tried different browsers (Edge/Chrome/Firefox/Safari) on different OS (MacOS/Windows) and with different users. Some work and some do not. Can any of you give us some leads to find a solution?
