Prevent Communication Sites?

A million thanks! Just to be clear: Users will still be able to create team sites, right? It is only Communication Sites we need to restrict.

Unless you deploy a Self Service site creation utility where you dictate how sites are going to be created including the base site type (communication site vs team site) there is not a way to prevent some users to create communication sites but allow them to create Team sites
