Possible to hide a Field Description in EditForm?
Using a sharepoint list, I have a field for user to select an Approver. The Approver field has a description providing instructions on what to do.
When the item is sent for approval, in the EditForm the description for this Approver field is visible.
Is there a way to hide the field description and not the field with the approver name value. The field must remain editable for admin to change if required.
It is just the description for this one field.
- Assuming you are talking about a modern list, the answer is no...but if you customize the list forms with PowerApps, you could hide it
