/portal/personal Details
Indeed what I'm seeing (and now I understand some conversations here in the Tech Community) is that Delve Blogs are hosted in the Office 365 Video Portal (https://<O365Domain>.sharepoint.com/portals/hub/)...so technically a user could discover this and even upload content to the Office 365 Video Portal but not to the blog itself since it's not a SPO site

now you need to explain me several things juan :)
* You said that Delve Blogs are running underneath of the Video Portal /portals/hub....but why it creates a /portal/personal/... Site then ?
* If the Blog is not a SPO site , how does it work then ?
Is there a way via powershell to get details for personal sites ? /portal/personal/...
(get-sposite -detailed does not work for this type)
Last question concerning "Templatenames" for Site Collections:
Is there somewhere a list where i could see which templatenames exists within O365?
video site collection Template POINTPUBLISHINGTOPIC#0
group site collection Template: GROUP#0
SPO Site collection template: PROJECTSITE#0
....etc (anything else) ?
thank you for your help

[..]Hey StefanFried, you may want to take a read here: https://en.share-gate.com/blog/office-365-delve-blogs-explained -- scroll down to the section "How does the Office 365 Delve Blog work behind the scenes on a technical level".
A little old article, but Benjamin explains the concept nicely.

Not sure I can help, but my understanding is that Delve Blogs are not SPO Sites...of course, I might be wrong. In regards of your question about SPO Site templates, take a look here: https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/wbaer/2015/09/07/sharepoint-server-2016-it-preview-web-templates/
