Poor Performance on SharePoint Online Modern Team Site - Document Library

Dear All,

Recently I received some group of users complaint that they felt slowness on opening document or uploading document in document library regardless peak hours or off-peak hours (night time).

We are using modern team site and modern document library.

Any solution to resolve this issue as using SharePoint Online?

Checked with network team a few times and no issue on internet bandwidth.

Please advice.
