PNP Search Webpart for Filter Field Company not available

Hi there,

I am new to PNP Search component. I followed a instruction how to present Users on SharePoint from Youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VFKs_pISfxg). This was very helpful and I could do as described. But the only real important filter was missing. The Company Name from AD. Now I am lost.

Can anyone help me with details how to add a company filter. It was not applicable in the list.
